1. Services Provided

We offer the following services:

• Web Design & Development

• Paid Advertising / Lead Generation

• Social Media Management

• Local SEO

• Online Reputation Management

• Custom Software (White-Label Solutions)

• Business Consultations (as add-ons)

2. Payments

• We do not collect payments directly through our website.

• All payments are invoiced manually and must be paid as agreed.

• Some services may require upfront payment or a deposit.

• Ongoing services are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds apply only when we fail to deliver outcomes explicitly promised in writing or agreed to during onboarding (e.g., ROI increases, specific lead goals).

• Trial services (such as 14-day or 30-day trials) may be cancelled anytime before renewal.

• For ongoing monthly services, a 30-day notice is required for cancellation unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide timely access to all required assets (e.g., logins, business information, approvals).

• Delays caused by lack of access may affect project timelines. We are not responsible for missed deadlines caused by client inaction.

5. Communication & Response Time

• We operate Monday to Friday during standard business hours.

• We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours.

6. Performance & Results

Grow Local Marketing is committed to delivering meaningful results and a strong return on investment. When specific outcomes are promised — whether in writing, onboarding calls, or formal agreements — we stand behind those commitments.

However, performance also depends on external factors such as:

• timely client cooperation

• changes in industry conditions

• platform or algorithm updates

• access to accurate data and systems

If we do not deliver on clearly agreed-upon performance goals, a refund or appropriate remedy will be provided — without unnecessary back and forth.

7. Personal Data

We collect personal and business information, including names, emails, phone numbers, and location details, to:

• provide our services

• manage appointments and invoices

• communicate updates

• send promotional offers

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties except where required to deliver services or comply with the law. Your information is handled with strict confidentiality and security.

8. Service Availability

Our services are primarily available in Canada, with a focus on Ontario-based businesses, but we also serve clients internationally.

9. Free Growth Website Program (Limited to 7 Clients)

This complimentary Growth Website program is available for up to seven (7) accepted applicants at a time. The offer includes:

• Full website setup

• Automations & workflows

• Calendar booking system

• AI chatbot setup

• Forms and follow-up systems

• A complete Growth Website framework designed for business growth

10. Eligibility & Application Review

Submitting an application, filling out a form, or purchasing hosting does not guarantee acceptance.

Each application is reviewed based on:

• business type

• brand alignment and values

• suitability for the Growth Website system

We reserve the right to accept, decline, pause, or discontinue any project at any stage — even if hosting has already been purchased — if the business does not align with our standards or values.
Examples include (but are not limited to): alcohol-related businesses, gambling, adult content, or industries that do not align with our principles.

11. Hosting Requirement (Provided Through Our Platform & Hosting Partner)

A website cannot function without hosting. For seamless activation and integration, hosting is provided through our platform in partnership with our hosting provider. This allows us to:

• activate your Growth Website

• enable AI and automation features

• maintain speed, security, and performance

• provide faster and centralized support

Hosting is separate from the domain and required to activate the website.

Refund Guarantee (7–14 Days)

Hosting includes a 7–14 day refund guarantee, depending on the billing cycle.
If your application is declined or discontinued, we will assist you in requesting a hosting refund within the allowed window.

Important:
Purchasing hosting does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
It simply enables the technical setup.

12. Domain Ownership

You must purchase your domain independently (e.g., Namecheap, Google Domains, GoDaddy).
We will guide you on choosing and connecting the domain properly.

Your domain remains 100% owned by you at all times.

13. Serious Applicants Only

Because this program provides full systems, design, setup, and automation at no cost, we prioritize applicants who complete the hosting step.

Applications without hosting are considered incomplete and cannot be activated.

14. Email & SMS Usage Costs

Your Growth Website includes built-in follow-up tools. However:

• High-volume email sending may require additional fees

• SMS sending includes carrier charges (billed per message)

• These fees are set by email/SMS providers, not by us

We will always communicate clearly before enabling any higher-volume usage.

15. Fair Use & Right to Discontinue

We reserve the right to pause, decline, or discontinue any project if:

• the business does not align with our mission

• values are incompatible

• the project cannot be supported within the scope of the program

This ensures fairness, transparency, and high quality across all accepted applicants.

16. Support & Assistance

We provide:

• onboarding and setup support

• hosting assistance

• help with requesting hosting refunds (if needed)

• guidance during the launch process
